White Rose Research Studentship Available

The School of Law at the University of Leeds is inviting applications from people interested in assisting in research in relation to 'Being Feared: Micro-Dynamics of Fear and Insecurity In Global City Spaces'.

This White Rose Research Studentship is available to a successful applicant for the 2010/2011 academic year.  Applicants should have a relevant postgraduate qualification (MA/MRes in Criminology/Criminal Justice, Social Policy, Sociology or Social Psychology) or equivalent research experience and a good undergraduate honours degree in an appropriate subject.

The research will be supervised by Professor Susanne Karstedt of the School of Law at the University of Leeds and Co-supervised by Dr Stephen Farrall of the School of Law at the University of Sheffield.
