Taught Programmes Support Officer: Pastoral Support

I advise undergraduate students on non-academic matters, particularly in relation to pastoral support.

I provide help and guidance in cases where students are encountering difficulties arising from medical or adverse personal circumstances.

In addition to the above I am also responsible for:

• absence monitoring and management
• investigating allegations of plagiarism and academic malpractice
• coordination of the School's Peer Mentoring programme
