Mr Jason Harris 'The Role of Creditors' Committees in Corporate Insolvency'

This is part of the public lecture series organised by the Centre for Business Law and Practice, in the School of Law, University of Leeds. These events attract postgraduates, both research and taught, undergraduates, staff and local practitioners and are designed for anyone interested in commercial law issues.

Jason Harris, as well as being an academic researcher with a large number of publications, is a member of the Insolvency and Restructuring Committee of the Law Council of Australia, an academic member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and the 2010-2011 Insol International Scholar for the Asia Pacific Rim. He will be discussing the role and impact of the creditor's committees in the corporate insolvency process.
