10 Things A Business Lawyer Must Know About Property Law

Andrew Todd is a Partner in the Property Litigation Team at DWF, Leeds, and a specialist in Real Estate Litigation. He holds the position of Chairman of the Northern Region of the Property Litigation Association. He will be speaking on recent developments in property law with reference to the commercial sector.

This is part of the public lecture series organised by the Centre for Business Law and Practice, in the School of Law, University of Leeds. These events attract postgraduates, both research and taught, undergraduates, staff and local practitioners and are designed for anyone interested in commercial law issues.

Andrew Todd has experience in the portfolio management issues associated with tenanted property such as rent reviews, lease renewal, service charge disputes and dilapidation claims and will give his talk on property issues that are of relevance to the business lawyer.
