G.32, The Liberty Building

The Centre of Business Law and Practice are pleased to invite you to this seminar delivered by Dr Catherine Malecki, Associate Professor, Paris-Sud.

The session will consider the issue of executive remuneration as an element of corporate governance, and it will examine the struggles which the French have had with the matter and how they have sought to regulate it.

Specifically, Dr Malecki will explore what the French regulation says about the French approach to corporate governance and the influence that the European Union approach has had on the French process.

All are welcome. The seminar will close at 6:30pm and will be followed by drinks in the Liberty Building.
