Structured Finance Transactions in the City of London : The Lawyer's Perspective

This event is aimed at undergraduate students and postgraduate students who are interested in banking and finance techniques and the role of the lawyer in facilitating these. It will address commercial practice rather than theory or academic debate and will take the audience through a basic structured finance transaction in the City of London.

This event is free to attend and there is no requirement to pre-book.
