N8 Policing Research Partnership – Research Impact Seminar

21 January 2016 | 12:15 -14:00 | Seminar
St George Room, University House, University of Leeds

The N8 Policing Research Partnership, enables universities and policing partners to develop research and exchange knowledge activities that address key policing issues. It provides a regional hub for the north of England, generating research and knowledge exchange work of national relevance and international significance.

The N8 PRP is committed to promoting collaboration in research and knowledge exchange and Professor Adam Crawford will be hosting an open door session to welcome academics across all disciplines to find out about more about the N8 PRP.

This is a highly exciting time for the N8 PRP, which has recently been awarded a £3m grant from the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), which is supplemented by in excess of £4m from policing partners and other universities to enable us to take a major step forward in developing and testing innovative approaches to policing and crime reduction.

We do hope you join us and perhaps take the opportunity to become part of a large network of specialists with policing expertise and increase yours and your department’s profile.
