We are delighted to announce that the Keynote Speaker for the CCJS conference is Professor Kelly Hannah-Moffat, who is Vice-Dean Undergraduate at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) and Director of the Centre of Criminology and Sociolegal Studies. Professor Hannah-Moffat is a world-renowned scholar who has published numerous books and articles on risk, punishment, and marginalized and diverse populations. Through her interdisciplinary research she has contributed to the advancement of knowledge in sociology, criminology, social justice, and penal history. Her work has shaped policy in numerous governmental agencies both in Canada and Australia.

She will be speaking from 4:00 - 5:30 in LG.06. The presentation is open to the public and will be followed by a wine reception.
