Leading experts from across the globe will reflect upon the contribution of Professor Clive Walker to the analysis and understanding of counter-terrorism,constitutionalism, and miscarriages of justice

This symposium brings leading experts from across the globe to reflect upon the significant contribution of Professor Clive Walker to the analysis and understanding of counter-terrorism, constitutionalism, and miscarriages of justice.

Building upon Walker’s scholarship, the symposium will highlight how he has influenced policy and legislative reforms since the 1970s, and consider the future impacts of his ongoing research. Current thought in these fields, drawing upon Walker’s expertise, will be detailed, with pressing contemporary concerns identified, as well as possible, probable and preferable futures.
