Prof Andrew Campbell on the legal and financial implications of an independent Scotland

Prof Andrew Campbell comments on the financial and legal implications of an independent Scotland remaining in a monetary union with the rest of the UK.

This follows claims by Gordon Brown that an independent Scotland would be governed as a British colony under SNP plans to let London retain key economic powers.

Andrew is a Professor of International Banking and Finance Law.
