Dr Jen Hendry gives a guest seminar at the University of Limerick School of Law
On Wednesday 23 April, Dr Jen Hendry presented her research at the University of Limerick School of Law, giving a guest seminar entitled ‘Legal Comparison and the (Im)possibility of Legal Translation’.
This research focuses on the influence of differing conceptions of translation upon the theories and methods employed within comparative legal studies.
