Dr Paul Wragg has been asked to speak to members of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, on Wednesday 27 April, about recent developments in privacy law. Dr Wragg, who specialises in media law and press regulation, will address the recent controversy over the injunction granted to PJS, the unnamed celebrity involved in an extra-marital affair.

He will speak about his recent research about the misuse of private information tort in order to argue for a greater sense of proportionality in privacy claims, so as to diminish the apparent privileging of public interest stories.

Details about attending the talk can be found here.
