LLM European and International Business Law provides you with a firm grounding in many of the basic principles and rules regulating business activity in the UK, Europe and internationally.
The course will give you an overview of the Law of the Internal Market, and illustrate how EU legal institutions negotiate the needs of a market economy with a developed welfare state. You will also explore the topical issues and development of the Single European Market.
The programme will also develop your analytical legal skills, communication skills, your ability to work independently and undertake research.
The course enables you to pursue a career in legal practice, or public service, or, indeed, any career where the ability to understand, analyse and respond to developments in international and European business law is vital.
