LLM European and International Business Law course content
This course has three compulsory modules. You also choose another six optional modules to complete your programme.
Compulsory modules
European Business Law provides you with an overview of the law of the Internal Market, and allows you to examine how the European Court of Justice goes about its business of balancing free trade objectives with non-economic concerns.
Research Methods focuses on the mechanics of the research process: how to formulate research questions, design research strategies and generally go about the process of 'researching.'
Dissertation allows you to tailor your own programme of training and research in consultation with a member of staff drawn from the school's MA/PhD supervisory panel.
