This is part of the public lecture series organised by the Centre for Business Law and Practice, in the School of Law, University of Leeds.  These events attract taught and research postgraduates, undergraduates, staff and local practitioners.  As a practitioner specialising in commercial and chancery litigation and arbitration, both in the UK and Turks & Caicos Islands, British West Indies, British Virgin Islands and Bermuda, Mr Tim Prudhoe will be discussing piercing the corporate veil and recovering assets, from the viewpoint of US and UK law and offshore jurisdictions.
