Mr Nick Dahlgreen - 'Use of the debt capital markets in the funding structure of a UK plc.'

This is part of the public lecture series organised by the Centre for Business Law and Practice, in the School of Law, University of Leeds. These events attract postgraduates, both research and taught, undergraduates, staff and local practitioners and are designed for anyone interested in commercial law issues.

As group treasurer of a plc providing consumer finance, Mr Dahlgreen will, with discussion of challenges presented by the financial crisis of 2007-2009, provide a case study in using the bond markets in London and Poland and the international syndicated loan market to re-finance IPF plc in 2010.
