The law on terrorism and the British Muslim Kashmiri communities

The purpose of the thesis is to provide an analysis of the UK's terrorism law. This will be linked to discussion on Islamic jurisprudence, and ideology.
Qualitative fieldwork will be conducted to provide an insight to the view of sample Muslim community of Kashmiri origin in UK, in relation to terrorism and the law on terrorism.
