The Emergency of a Corporate Rescue Culture: a critical analysis of theory and policy - has it been successful'?

Planned Submission Date: 28 February 2013

This thesis will question the very nature, extent and purpose of corporate rescue and manifest a criterion upon which the theory and policy of rescue should be based upon.

In essence, I will assess the success of rescue in conjunction with whether it provides for commercial realities.

Ultimately the thesis's ambition is to revise the current framework and provide a pragmatic response, which reflects the current commercial realities of this new, fast developing area of law.
